Who are we?

The aim of MullanDynamics is to supply Consultancy, Development & Project Management services to Microsoft Partners in the UK. These services add value to our sister company 1ClickFactory UK which concentrate on the offering of upgrade services and ISV certifications to Microsoft Dynamics Partners. 

We have a long history within the ERP and IT space. Starting 21 years ago in the Navision world moving through the Microsoft journey to Business Central. With SAAS becoming the preferred method we have now also become distributors and resellers of Uniconta in both the UK and most countries in Africa. IDU is a top of the range budgeting and forecasting tool targeting the higher end of the market. 

We are always on the look out for products which assists our customers to improve their business in all ways. We only take on products where we have received in depth training so that we can offer a reliable performance and support. 

Our Vision is first and foremost to create and maintain a trusting & friendly relationship with our customers. While running a successful business is paramount, we have not lost sight of the fact that there are people who need a lift up and we are always happy to assist enthusiastic individuals whenever.

Keith Mullan (FCIS)

Keith has had years of experience in the ERP space from being an early customer of Navision software, to starting Navision in South Africa. 

Re-creating a channel in the SME space is really fun knowing that we are giving people opportunities and adding value to people’s lives. Start-ups are his forte having successfully started businesses in the United Kingdom as well as in South Africa.

Maria Mullan

Maria has been an ERP consultant for the last 20 years giving her a full understanding of business requirements and processes. She always kept up to date with Navision/NAV/Business Central versions of Microsoft Dynamics & is fully certified. Maria is also a certified consultant for Maconomy which is a project management system. This enables her to support customers from Navision 3.7 to NAV 2018 & Business Central. 

Maria is now spearheading the Uniconta consultancy in the United Kingdom, implementing and training customers in the UK.

Why Cloud

In this fast-changing world businesses do not have the time nor the resources to keep up with technology changes. Therefore, cloud technology is the only way to go. While keeping businesses up to date with ever increasing changes, cloud also ensure that business does not have the hassle of maintaining server hardware, backups and even support let alone internal staff changes.

Business Central (Dynamics NAV)

Maria Mullan is lead support to Microsoft Partners & Customers with the implementation and training of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as Dynamics NAV. Maria started her consulting career in the year 2000 with Navision 3.7 and since then she had kept up to date with each version and as a result can support any version of Navision & Dynamics NAV. Maria is currently busy with a Business Central implementation. 


IDU makes budgeting, forecasting, performance management & reporting tools to simplify financial management. idu-Concept, provides easy, effective budgeting & finance reporting for medium-sized to large businesses. idu integrates with ERP software, but unlike more cumbersome offerings, idu-Concept can be implemented quickly, requires little or no consulting fees and reduces budgeting cycles from months to weeks. The company is owner-managed, and still led by its three founding members.


We are currently in the process to create product awareness in the UK. Uniconta has been developed by previous management  in the Navision/Damgaard space. Eric Damgaard has 30 years development experience in ERP systems including Axapta. He has established himself as one of the most respected experts in his field.  The fundamental differential with Uniconta is speed, ease of use, cloud-based & price.
